MAD partner Dang Qun said about the adjustment: "Since its establishment in 2004, MAD has existed in a 'crazy' posture - a 'crazy' attitude, imagination, and action. Several colleagues who were promoted this time joined the firm in the early days of MAD and grew up with MAD. They have outstanding professional capabilities, a deep understanding of MAD's design philosophy, and their recognition of MAD's future development direction, all of which show that they represent MAD's values and cultural attributes. Through this adjustment of the management structure, MAD hopes that the expanding partner team will be able to incorporate different types of talents into the design and management team, lead MAD's team more openly, continue to maintain the 'craziness' in their bones, and explore the future of MAD."
