Curbed exclusive report on the Xiamen Xinhe Design Center, designed by MAD. The article states, "This headquarters building for a fashion brand in Xiamen not only uses a sculptural form to metaphorically represent the brand’s industry, but also integrates traditional and modern elements, creating an optimistic and powerful vision for office building design."

The design of the "Xinhe Design Center" is centered around a circular atrium, with six large-span, radiating star-shaped spaces forming a powerful skeletal structure. Office spaces and green gardens are intermixed within these spaces. The interior structure, with its rational logic, gives the impression of flowing with the wind. The spatial organization resembles six petals expanding around the central point, allowing the six major brands of the group to have their own independent office and R&D spaces while fostering interaction and communication between departments. The design connects the internal and external environments, providing a relaxed atmosphere and strong centripetal energy for employees.
