On June 30, 2016, MAD partner Yosuke Hayano was invited to attend the "2016 Moscow Urban Forum." Hayano participated in discussions at the forum's sessions "Report from the Future - New Technologies in Architecture" and "Development of China's Mega Cities," sharing MAD's practical global practices with the guests. In the closing speech, he delivered a keynote titled "Mountain and Water Cities," responding to the theme "The Architect's Dream," and shared MAD's design philosophy.

The "Moscow Urban Forum" was supported and co-organized by the Moscow city government, inviting professionals from government, urban planning, architecture, and design industries from around the world. The event saw over 5,000 guests in attendance.
