Abitare recently interviewed architect Ma Yansong. Abitare discussed exploring various projects in architecture and how to work and compromise between the natural environment and the urban realm through an interview with MAD founder Ma Yansong. In the interview, Ma Yansong discussed his inspiration from natural ecology. During the interview, two current issues were discussed, the urban and mechanical environment: "Is it possible to introduce a "natural feeling" to the urban structure and "Is it possible to turn the city into a natural environment without destroying it?"
