The China Entrepreneur Forum (CEF) is a globally recognized platform for thought exchange, initiated by China's top private entrepreneurs. The forum currently has 74 board members, including figures such as Ding Ligong, Chen Dongsheng, Tian Yuan, Jack Ma, Robin Li, and Lei Jun. Since its establishment in 2001, CEF members have gathered annually in Yabuli during the Chinese New Year to share creative, constructive, and positive ideas on macro and micro topics from across the country. Therefore, Yabuli is often referred to as the "Davos of Asia."
In 2017, CEF decided to construct a permanent venue in Yabuli, which will include a thought museum, conference hall, broadcast hall, and more. The permanent venue covers an area of approximately 22,000 square meters, with a building area of about 16,000 square meters, and is set to become a landmark building in Yabuli.
During the day, the building blends into the snow-covered mountains, "floating and sprawling" across the snow, subtly merging with the landscape and reflecting the grandeur of the northern snowlands. When night falls, the brightly lit building resembles a snow-covered tent, full of imagination. Its elegant and flowing form, quiet and minimalist atmosphere, merges harmoniously with the sky, earth, snow, and forest, becoming a landscape where nature and art are seamlessly intertwined.

The building features a giant glass skylight at the top. During the day, it brings natural light from the outdoors into the interior. At night, the light shines through the skylight, resembling a flickering campfire in the wilderness, symbolizing the wisdom and unity of the entrepreneurial community. The interior, with wood elements paired with natural light, creates a soft and warm atmosphere, adding multiple layers of natural essence to the space. The outdoor viewing lake and public plaza extend the experience, allowing people to appreciate and enjoy the artistic sense of the building blending seamlessly with nature.

The main conference hall, with a seating capacity of 1,000, and the TED hall, with 356 seats, will serve as the primary venues for the annual conference. The Thought Museum will record and showcase the development and inheritance of the spirit of Chinese private entrepreneurs. The permanent headquarters will bear the hopes of China’s private entrepreneurs and serve as a platform to promote the values they represent—integrity, equality, and resilience—demonstrating the unique spirit of Chinese business to the world.

The permanent headquarters of the China Entrepreneurs Forum is expected to be completed and put into use in 2020.
