On April 26, Beulah announced the finalists for the international design competition for the landmark building in Southbank, Melbourne, Australia. MAD, as the only architectural firm from Asia, will compete with five other international firms including OMA and BIG to design a complex for Southbank that integrates retail, hotel, residential, commercial and cultural elements, with a final value of more than US$2 billion.

The project site is located at the corner of Southbank Boulevard and Southbank City Road in Melbourne.
