The permanent venue of the Yabuli Entrepreneurs Forum, designed by MAD led by Ma Yansong and commissioned by the China Entrepreneurs Forum (CEF), is about to be completed. Not long ago, an unveiling ceremony was held in Yabuli, Heilongjiang, and the Entrepreneur Museum was officially opened. From November 18 to 20, 2020, the 20th Annual Meeting of the Yabuli China Entrepreneurs Forum was held here, attracting more than 600 entrepreneurs from all over the country to meet here.

The China Entrepreneur Forum (CEF) is an internationally renowned platform for the exchange of ideas initiated by China's top private entrepreneurs. It was established in 2001, the year China entered the World Trade Organization (WTO). There are currently 78 board members, including Chen Dongsheng, Tian Yuan, Jack Ma, Li Yanhong, Lei Jun, Liu Yonghao, Wang Shi, Yang Yuanqing, Guo Guangchang, Yu Minhong, Feng Lun, etc. For 20 years, every winter, the forum members gather in Yabuli to participate in the annual meeting and share creative ideas. Therefore, Yabuli is also known as "China's Davos".

In 2017, CEF decided to build a permanent venue in Yabuli to create a cultural landmark that promotes the entrepreneurial spirit. The geographical location of the permanent venue hidden in the mountains and forests reflects the spirit of entrepreneurs who are not afraid of hardships and bravely pursue their dreams, making Yabuli a place where primitive vitality and creativity flourish.

The permanent site of the Yabuli Entrepreneurs Forum is located on the axis of the snow-capped mountains in the north. The silver-white roof curtain wall echoes the snow-capped mountain environment, like a big tent at the foot of the snow-capped mountains, where people sit around a campfire to exchange ideas. The giant glass skylight on the top of the building brings outdoor natural light into the room during the day. When night falls, the building is brightly lit like a campfire, symbolizing the entrepreneurial spirit of everyone adding fuel to the fire.

In addition to being used for meetings, the building has a variety of functional spaces such as museums, conference halls, and studios, making the "permanent site" a complex that integrates meetings, training, think tanks, etc. The permanent forum is open to the public on weekdays. Visitors can learn about the history of entrepreneurs over the past century at the China Entrepreneurs Museum, or participate in small activities in the public space in the lobby.

The permanent venue of the Yabuli Entrepreneurs Forum was jointly donated and built by 50 entrepreneur directors. Its property rights belong to the public welfare organization and are a valuable social asset. As Chen Dongsheng, Chairman of CEF, said: "The permanent venue of the Yabuli Entrepreneurs Forum is a sacred spiritual temple for Chinese private entrepreneurs over the past 40 years of reform and opening up." The completion of the permanent venue of the Yabuli Entrepreneurs Forum will become an important part of the history of Chinese entrepreneurs, witnessing the transformation of CEF from "China's Davos" to "the world's Yabuli".
