On June 10, 2015, the main structure of MAD “Chaoyang Park Plaza” project in Beijing was topped out.

The Chaoyang Park Plaza project attempts to change the traditional CBD model, bring traditional poetry into the city, re-explore the relationship between architecture and the city in high-density areas, and create an artistic conception that gives people emotional sustenance and a sense of belonging. The total above-ground construction area of ​​the project is about 120,000 square meters, mainly office, commercial and residential.

The Chaoyang Park Plaza project is expected to be completed in 2016.
