The building is located in Manhattan, New York, next to the Empire State Building, covering an area of 486 square meters and 232 meters high. Its figure is graceful and slender, like a seed breaking out of the hard city surface and growing freely upward.

The design of the East 34th Street Apartments is different from the traditional "power-type" skyscrapers that symbolize capital and power. It shows another "city power" with a romantic and soft atmosphere. Unlike the surrounding high-rise buildings with sharp edges and corners, the East 34th Street Apartments break away from the grid-like urban outline of the city center and present a natural flowing line that stretches upward. The color of the glass curtain wall changes from dark to light from bottom to top, gradually disappearing into the sky and finally disappearing into the city background.

The building’s podium provides retail and public areas, providing convenience for people’s urban life. The sky garden in the atrium spans several floors, where people have more opportunities for dialogue and interaction, while also experiencing the natural breath of urban life.
