Crazy Dinner is the first book published by MAD.

"Mad Dinner" is a collection of ideas and opinions on topics ranging from politics to ecology, fame, and the future, organized around the metaphor of small talk at the dinner table. The dinner's "guests" include people from all walks of life in Chinese society: government officials, barbers, migrant workers, doctors, taxi drivers, and developers gather together in an atmosphere of openness and exchange to share their unique opinions.

MAD's work is an extended dialogue with international experts, including Swiss curator Hans Ulrich Obrist, British writer Ian Buruma, filmmakers Zhang Yimou and Jia Zhangke, and artist Ai Weiwei. Through MAD's work, Ma Yansong interprets the experience and experience of the practice process in the face of the peak period of urbanization in world history.
